The O'Callaghan family moved to Sonoma County in 1981. They built a house in the Bennett Valley area and settled into the quiet community around them. Neither a business partnership nor a marriage are an easy thing to keep afloat. For husband and wife real estate team Mike and Leila O'Callaghan, however, both relationships seem to remain particularly solid. "It took us six months to close our first transaction!" they laugh. The O'Callaghan team has been closing them fast and furiously ever since, though. They have been the top producing agents in their office for the past 11 years, and have consistently been in the top one percent of producing agents in Sonoma County. In 1996, they were in the top one percent of Prudential agents in the country, earning Prudential's prestigious Chairman's Circle Award.
